Free On-Site Assessment
After the initial discussion, we schedule a next day in-home visit to evaluate the space in detail. During this appointment, our team reviews the layout, takes measurements, and examines any construction, plumbing, or electrical factors that may affect the renovation. This allows us to provide accurate recommendations and customized solutions tailored specifically to your property.
Detailed Proposal & Project Planning
Following the site visit, we prepare a detailed renovation proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, materials, and project timeline. Our goal is to provide transparent pricing and a clear understanding of the renovation process from start to finish. Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the agreement, confirm scheduling, and begin preparing for construction.
Professional Renovation Experience
From demolition to final finishing touches, our team keeps homeowners informed throughout every stage of the renovation. We prioritize organization, communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. What a Stress-Free Renovation Actually Looks Like
With 200+ GTA projects under our belt, we know how to make remodeling stress-free. Here is our step-by-step process to protect your home, your budget, and your time:
1. Clean & Safe Setup: Before demolition starts, we protect your floors and stairs, set up dust barriers, and post all required city permits on-site.
2. Daily On-Site Supervision: A dedicated PM is on your site every day. He check every material delivery, sign off on early inspections, and upload progress photos to your client portal every evening.
3. Weekly Friday Updates: Every Friday, your PM sends you a written update. You will always know what is done, what is coming up next week, and if the timeline is on track.
4. The 48-Hour Change Rule: Need a change? We will give you the exact cost and timeline update within 48 hours. No work happens until you sign off—so there are never any budget surprises.
5. Our Pre-Walkthrough Inspection: We don’t make you the inspector. Our team does a strict internal quality check and fixes everything first, before inviting you to the final look.
6. Handover & Certificates: We walk through the finished space together. Then, we hand over your complete closeout package, including all permits, ESA and TSSA certificates, and manufacturer warranties.
